Testing and Evaluation

FEADuPeron Medical Systems will test and evaluate any products to ensure design specifications. Applications of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) are also applied to ensure the highest quality product is designed and manufactured.

Along with FMEA DuPeron Medical Systems uses Finite Element Analysis (FEA) the most accurate and efficient simulation method for solving complex design problems.

DuPeron Medical Systems engineers can evaluate a part or assembly’s performance in a variety of different environments before a single part is made. It reduces tooling costs, speeds up production and ensures the correct geometry and material selection.

Finite element analysis is used to determine fatigue, strains, stresses, and structural integrity of components. FEA can be used for Mechanical design optimization, increasing safety, controlling vibrations, reducing weight, and extending component life. The following can be evaluated:
